We enjoyed working with Dan and Blake so much, that we already have plans for a couple more projects in the coming months!
First things first - the estimate. I was VERY appreciative with how detailed and line itemed the estimate was. And how thorough Dan was in the walkthrough. His knowledge and experience felt right for the scope of our project.
We had two bathrooms totally gutted, one half bath created, brand new flooring throughout, many walls knocked down, and just so much more. It was a massive undertaking, but with Dan and Blake, it felt effortless. The app they use clearly shows the schedule of events so you know exactly what is happening, when.
Dan was very quick to resolve any issues and remedy anything we were unhappy about. It was really a great partnership and can't wait for more in the future!

I can't recommend Daniel enough! He made sure our kitchen-area renovation got done on time and with incredible quality. His amazing communication, professionalism, and strong dedication to high quality work really showed with our final product. We got 2 half walls removed, hardwood put in our kitchen (with a full floor sanding), a new countertop put in as well as hood. I'm sure the attached before/after pictures highlight this.

I hired Grand Rapids Contracting for a complete main bathroom remodel. We had a design and materials selected, and asked Daniel and team to bring the vision to life. They were responsible for the demo, installing heated floors, tile, vanity, and fixtures, as well as plumbing, electrical, and painting.
I couldn’t be happier with this team. They have great communication and were very respectful of our home - keeping it clean and livable throughout construction.
